| 内容記述 | The aim of this article is to propound a point of how we nurture career perspective which possess capabilities for crafting a career with flexibility. The author firstly re-confirmed that not all subtype of career indecision could be regarded as problematic. For instance, based on the view of contemporary career studies, undecidedness (i.e. developmental career indecision) may have the positive meanings toward constructing career in an age of uncertainty. With this understanding, tentative potentials for the new ways of career education were discussed. | |||||||||
