| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study is to clarify a systematic factor to urge the occurrence of the innovation in the athletic performance improvement system of the national sports federations. The investigation method was interviewed to two committee who had settled on the program. The following two findings were obtained from the results of the analysis ① The method of discussing the committee concentration of power was adopted. The member’s sharing knowledge and information was promoted, and there was a positive influence in the innovation of the system. ② Generation and the cancellation of the conflict occurred at the committee. Communications that it is informal were promoted, and there was a positive influence in the innovation of the system. |
