"本稿の目的は，本学において2021年度前期より開始された授業「保育マネージメント演習Ⅰ」の実践で試みた事柄の方法とその結果を整理し，広く共有することである。授業「保育マネージメント演習Ⅰ」は，１年目から５年目の保育者の学級経営に必要な保育の基礎知識や技能を身に付けることを目的に実施し，（１）グループだより（模擬学級だより）の作成，（２）保育教材の考案・作成，（３）保護者会（学級懇談）の運営に取り組んだ。その結果，受講生は，ねらいに沿った活動の計画，保育マネジメント力，コミュニケーション力，教材の配慮，園だよりの書き方が身についた。しかし，対象の様子を具体的に文章で表現する力，一人一人の育ちや課題を見取る力，発達に即した教材を作成すること，子どもの視点を想像する力，グループワークにおけるコミュニケーション能力とチームワークを構築させ集団を機能させる力については課題が残る結果となった。",
