| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to analyze the progress of the new child support and child rearing support law that started in 2015 by using administrative statistics etc. and to comprehensively consider the trends and issues concerning the topics of previous research on the research. As a result of the analysis of nursery schools etc. and the number of children used, i t became clear that the actual number of children used has not increased as much as the number of nursery schools and the like increased. Although two years have passed since the new system began in 2015, the establishment and conversion of certified kindergartens and small-scale childcare are spreading, but as countermeasures to waiting children, the establishment of a new approved nursery school, It can hardly be said that it made a big leap from the capacity increase line. Although it is easy to establish an argument from the appearance of an incongruent new system or “childcare” that should exist, it is impossible to avoid it. Before the declining birthrate and aging society, it is necessary to establish a system with a realistic viewpoint of a sustainable social welfare system and financial resources. It is necessary to design, the aim of the new system aiming at liberalization of price and liberalization of entry is probably the main point. | |||||||||
