The purpose of this study is to consider the problem of a teach for apparatus gymnastics intended for the university students. This paper overviews a step-by-step practice method of the apparatus gymnastics. The problem in teaching apparatus gymnastics is that there is a particularity of the event. It is difficult to understand the practice method of particularity for students majoring in physical education. And, there are many students that you are not good the event. In this study, to publish teaching methods of apparatus gymnastics in order to solves the problem. Also, to consider the directionality of teaching methods of apparatus gymnastics intended for university students. |
