| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to grasp the outline of the School Education in Australia. While I lived in Australia, I had examined the education system of Australia, the government guideline for teaching, and school activities etc., taking advantage of the position as a principal of the Japanese School of Melbourne, which is granted the status of a private school of Australia by the State Government. As a result, many differences were found in various fields of education. For example, all the states and territories in Australia are given a big responsibility by the Commonwealth Government. At the same time, the government guideline for teaching is not so strongly binding on each school. These are quite different from ours. These differences seem to be derived from the social structure, cultural and historical background of both countries. There are so many educational issues to be solved in every country. Even in Japan, we have many problems such as school system, educational method, student discipline, and so on. We will be able to solve these educational subjects if we look into the educational differences in various countries. | |||||||||
