| 内容記述 | This paper argues the need for disaster prevention education in Japan, and the role schools need to play achieves this goal. In addition, features and methodology as part of the educational guidelines are addressed. The way in which group activities are performed is the main factor in perfecting disaster prevention drills. Emergency drills at school events are considered as part of disaster prevention, but this research focuses on classroom activities and the relationship with proactive measures. The paper discusses ideas through the actual actions of junior high school students during the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and Great East Japan Earthquake. Finally, in order to develop contributions to disaster education through extra-curricular activities suggestions will be made which address risk assessment. | |||||||||
