The aim of this paper is to describe the career education in universities in recent years. In addition, focus will be made on the practice report produced by the International Pacific University on the five branches of organizational structure. The current trend in Universities emphasizes processes of employment, rather than paying attention to finding employment. This process also referred to as “Career Development Support”, requires overhaul. It is the intention that each student receive individual guidance at this stage, so as they can find suitable employment to begin their career. |
