The purpose of this study is to investigate which factors affected student academic performance and satisfaction during a bookkeeping course offered at International Pacific University. For this purpose, Groups of online class preferences, grades, and satisfaction were compared. We collected the data from students of the online bookkeeping course using questionnaires. We performed correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data. In the process, some differences between groups were observed. The findings show some, but not all, processes that affect academic performance and course satisfaction.
