In this study, we focused on the purpose and contents of the “human relations” in the field of childcare guidelines, kindergarten education guidelines, kindergarten cooperation type certified child-care education and childcare guidelines, and considered the role of childcare workers involved in children. For children, the caregiver will be the first teacher they will meet. In addition, childcare is the largest environment for childcare conducted through the environment. In day-to-day childcare practice, how do “caregivers” position the goals of the “human relations” domain, clarify the perspective of the child's upbringing that is included in the three goals at each age, and how do they relate to other domains? It turns out that it is important to think that way.
