Subjects of the survey were university students enrolled in a junior high and high school teacher training course (health and physical education). The content of the survey was about the effectiveness of teachers in understanding students, anxiety about practical training, and how to understand“ students who are difficult to teach” and“ students with special needs”. As a result, the anxiety of practical training was significantly higher in the second grade than in the fourth grade, but there was no difference in other items depending on the grade. In the concrete image of“ students who have difficulty in teaching,” the ratios of“ inner tasks” and “inappropriate behavior” were high. In the concrete image of “students with special needs”, the ratios of“ family situation instability” and“ antisocial behavior” were high.
