The total number of questionnaire items was 97 questions.\nThe questionnaire was answered by 147 parents of younger, middle-aged, and older children attending F kindergarten in Tochigi prefecture.\nAs a result, the following became clear.\n1. Kindergarten parents are more interested in posture\n2. It is considered appropriate to start posture education from kindergarten\n3. Posture education should be done both at home and in kindergarten\n4. Parents are worried about the posture of their child’s spine and feet\n5. At the same time, parents are also concerned about their children’s poor posture during meals\n6. It is desirable to strengthen the system for checking the posture of children\nFrom this study, the necessity and possibility of introducing body posture education in kindergartens was suggested.
