The results of the study indicated that: firstly, respondents are aware of the importance of sleep and hoping that they can improve their sleep experience; secondly, it is important to focus on the quality of sleep and go to bed and wake up at regular times as well as maintaining regular routines by sparing time for sleep; and thirdly, participants are not paying attention to, or working toward, improving their sleep in managing their own health.
