University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では環太平洋大学における外国人留学生の就職動向と就職支援の取り組みについて報告する。本学のキャリア教育の授業では日本独自の就職活動や留学生の日本企業就職状況，自己分析や業界・企業分析，インターンシップの準備，個人面接・集団面接，日本企業でのビジネスマナーやオフィス文化の理解などを盛り込んでいる。授業外ではキャリアセンターの協力のもと，インターンシップや就職説明会などの就職支援を行っている。本学では正規授業の中で就職活動支援を体系的に組み込み，学部・学科とキャリアセンターとが連携しながら就職支援するプログラムが構築できており，これらが高い就職実績につながっていると思われる。今後は実践的で高度な日本語運用能力を向上させるための日本語教育や帰国者への就職支援などの課題にも取り組む必要がある。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24767/00000599","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_24":{"attribute_name":"出版者（英）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"International
