University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では本学学生を対象として生活習慣状況記録をもとに学生の健康増進・大学生活適応を支援する食生活改善の行動変容について検討した。本学1年生77名を対象に,平成27年4月より7月までの100日間を「学びのノート」と題した生活習慣状況ノートを記録した。記録提出者のうち,記述量が多い28名を選出し,食物摂取頻度調査FFQg(Ver.3.5)の実施,栄養学講座,調理体験の実施を通して,学生たちの振り返りを検討した。体験した学生は自分自身の食スタイルの振り返り,問題点の発見,自分自身の生活を客観的にみて自己コントロールできることが示唆され,食意識の変化が顕著に見受けられた。大学生として生活を送る上において充実したQOL向上を目指すことは重要であるため,栄養・食事面より行動変容継続の啓発が急務である。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24767/00000486","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_24":{"attribute_name":"出版者(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"International
