保育者として音楽表現を実践できるようになるためには，ソルフェージュ力を養わなければならない。ソルフェージュを限られた時間の中で，より効果的に習得するためには，階名を読むことに重きを置かず，リズム学習に重点を置く。リズムを正確に読み取るための手段と方法をこの研究で明らかにしたい。 　リズム学習がある程度定着すれば，同時に聴音や視唱の学習を行うことも効果的であると考える。
