However, looking at the results of nationwide survey on learning ability and learning state conducted from 2007 and the investigation on actual conditions of the discussion guidance in Japanese learning class, we are told about the difficulty of such guidance. This study, for the purpose of training to have the ability to reach an agreement and based on the actual situation of the children and students, the problems arising from the guidance and the analysis on the teaching materials, will disclose the process of reaching an agreement and describe the linguistic skills, linguistic activities and etc. in the respective chapters. So the purpose is to develop guiding methods by using this article as a teaching material or making the best use of it.
