University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究レポートは，保育現場で保育相談を受ける保育者には，どのような専門性が必要かを探っていくため，保育相談において保護者はどのような保育者の応答を求めているのかを調査した。そして，前回行った「保育者の応答傾向」についてのアンケート調査結果と，今回の「保護者が求める応答」の調査結果とを比較した。　その結果，保護者が求める保育者の応答は，「受容・共感型」がやや高いものの，「支持・同情・激励型」，「一般化・情報提供型」，「質問・先送り型」，「提案・助言型」に大きな差がなかった。そして，保育者の応答傾向との比較では，「一般化・情報提供型」と「提案・助言型」の平均値が，保育者の応答傾向より保護者の期待の方が高かった。保護者が保育者へ相談する際，保育者に期待しているのは，カウンセリング的対応と同時に，コンサルテーション的な対応ではないかと考えられる。　しかし，保護者の求めに応じて一方的に助言・援助していると，保護者は受け身になり，依存的になって，保護者自身が力を付けていくことは望めないということを肝に銘じておく必要がある。保護者が求める応答を踏まえ，本当に必要な保育相談はどのようなものかについて探っていく必要があるし，それが真の保育者の専門性であると考える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24767/00000434","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_24":{"attribute_name":"出版者（英）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"International
