In addition, eating habits were also clearly determined to have an effect on bowel movement status, and frequent ingestion of convenience foods, fast foods and soft drinks in particular demonstrated an effect on bowel movement status and mental health. A history of dieting was also shown to have an effect on bowel movement status and mental health. Bowel movement status was affected in terms of difficulty in evacuation while mental health was affected in terms of self-efficacy, and frequent ingestion of fast foods was also observed to be correlated with a history of dieting. On the basis of the above, the eating habits of junior high school students were suggested to have both physical and mental effects.}, pages = {35--44}, title = {中学生における食習慣の心身に及ぼす影響 ― インスタント食品の摂取ならびに食餌制限の便秘との関連性 ―}, volume = {9}, year = {2015} }
