Flag football is adopted as a new sport for primary school and junior high school. Until now have been many reports of practice with a focus on “learning tactics”. The purpose of this study was practice with a focus on“throwing of the ellipse ball”. Throwing of the ellipse ball is the core of exercise skills. We had the 8times lessons of Flag football for 13 students (4th grade of primary school).
