University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究レポートは，保育現場で保育相談を受ける保育者には，どのような専門性が必要かを探っていくために，保育相談における保育者の応答傾向を調査した。幼稚園教育要領や保育所保育指針でも保育相談が保育者の１つの責務であると明記されているが，実際に相談を受ける際の技術体系等は明らかにされておらず，保育者が経験から培った発達観や幼児観，育児観などに依存して保育相談を行っているという保育現場の問題と課題がある。その実情をアンケート調査により探った。その結果，保護者からの相談に対する保育者の応答は，受容・共感的な傾向が強いことが分かった。しかし，保護者は１回の配慮のない言葉で傷つく。平均値の低い＜提案・助言型＞，＜一般化・情報提供型＞の中にもその可能性が含まれていることを重視しなければならない。また，質問項目に対する回答を因子分析をした結果，「なぐさめ型」「提案・激励型」「寄り添い型」の３因子が抽出されたが，各因子とも被調査者の属性，園の規模，子育て支援の取り組み頻度による平均値の差は見られなかった。研修の機会と時間が限られている現場の実情を表しているのではないだろうか。今後の進展が望まれる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24767/00000398","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_24":{"attribute_name":"出版者（英）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"International
