I have studied the challenges of student counseling and career education in universities, its interrelationships and the way of guidance and support. I was using the vocational indecision scale（ Shimoyama, 1986） in search on vocational decision and the University Personality Inventory in the investigation of mental health. As a result, it has been found that“ immaturity”,“ confusion”,　“moratorium”,“ exploration”,“ easiness”,“ decision” are affecting the symptom form of depression, obsession and social anxiety and occupation indecision. In the background of the mental symptoms　of university students, the problems of self-determination of career choice has been grasped.
