This paper will examine young children’s utterances through close observations. At first the child will speak in short bursts or “Temporary Utterances” such as, “I can see”, and “I can listen” as well as “I can feel it”. From these short expressions, the child will then develop a foundation of accumulated knowledge. When information is stored in their memory bank then it is referred to as “A Fundamental Scientific Utterance”.
