For this reason, adults need to expand their knowledge of diet so that young children can properly establish their own dietary habit. In this study, we visually presented pictures of food combinations to young children for educational purposes. We also surveyed their parents and examined their awareness of dietary habits. The questionnaire on eating habits included food their children can obtain every day. The result showed that the parents’ thoughts of dietary habit changed after the intervention of the dietary education. In other words, continuous visual food education brought better understanding about the “food” to the young children and their parents. We propose that it is necessary for kindergarten, family and educational institutions such as universities to cooperate and promote dietary education.}, pages = {33--38}, title = {幼稚園児における視覚的食教育の効果}, volume = {6}, year = {2012} }
