Thirty-three items which could be the scale were collected from the Anger Inventory (Novaco,R.W.[1975]) and the questionnaire “ Students’ Anger”(Yamamoto,1998). In order to check the item’s internal consistency, they were examined by Item Analysis by\n means of Higher-Lower Analysis. Based on this result, the items were narrowed down to twentyfive. 3 essential factors were found by Factor Analysis. They are “Anger against Neglect”, “Anger against Insult”, and“ Anger against Dishonesty and Injustice”.　These 3 main factors were given 5 questions respectively.
