 persuasive power. The sporting world is supported by a lot of passionate persons. Thus, it is important to bring up the teacher who has enthusiasm even to the world of education. In the previous work, the thesis based on the corporal punishment consideration investigation is seen from department of education that educates many future teacher candidates. Moreover, there are very few researches on the sports leader compared with the instructional method in the present situation. In the field of the sports research, the instructional method is a center of the
 research. An essential problem definition of“ What are the roles of leader?” is not so seen. Today, a lot of problems concerning the leader surface, and a new morality formation are needed. This case study involves students who will aim to become elementary school teacher, junior high school
 health gym teacher, and the sports leader in the future.
 The purpose of this study is to identify the sports leader's new roles by comparing the sporting events and individual/team race, and bringing students' valuable true opinions. The analysis of this study is also to become basic material of the research continuance in the future.},
