Under such circumstances, no one is liable for the incident in sport activities. According to“Black's Law Dictionary, an act of God may be defined as an operation of natural forces so unexpected that no human foresight or skill could reasonably be expected to anticipate it.”There are many kinds of acts of God. A typical act of God is thunderbolt accident in sports activities.
