| 内容記述 | 本学では，地域の国際化，国際理解教育への貢献，また，学生の多文化理解やコミュニケーション能力向上，さらに，留学生と日本人との人間関係の構築への動機づけを目的として，地域との連携，他の教育機関との連携，学内の活動を推進する活動の３種類の国際交流活動を実施してきた。本稿では，国際センターで実施した留学生の国際交流活動の取り組みを報告し，留学生への効果を考察した。その結果，岡山県内の国際理解への貢献，日本人と留学生の新たな人間関係の構築，留学生のコミュニケーション力やプレゼンテーション力などのスキル向上など大きく分けて３つの効果があることが分かった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | We aim to contribute to the internationalization of the region and education for international understanding, to improve students'multicultural understanding and communication skills, and to motivate them to build relationships between international students and Japanese people. We have carried out three types of international exchange activities: collaboration with local authorities, collaboration with other educational institutions, and activities to promote internationalization within the university. This paper reports on the international exchange activities for international students carried out at the International Center and examines the effects on international students. The results showed that there were three main effects: contributing to international understanding within Okayama Prefecture, building new relationships between Japanese and international students, and improving international students'communication and presentation skills. |
