Subjects were 605 college students. The following results were obtained. 1.　Most injuries occurred in freshmen (66%). 2.Many injuries occurred during exercise in March, followed by May and October. 3. When injuries were classified by body region, ankle accounted for the largest percentage (26%), followed by knee (17%) and shoulder (11%). 4. When injuries were classified by diagnosis, rupture of ligaments accounted for the largest percentage (18%), followed by sprain (17%) and fracture of bones (14%) Based on the results of this study, we need to educate coaches and athletes to evaluate the effective strategies to minimize the risk of injuries.
