Specifically, we raised the question, “How can we use charts to understand the structure of the text?”, And examined the specific ability to use charts to help understand the structure of explanatory texts. The significance of this research is that by presenting the obtained knowledge as “a concrete example of the ability to utilize charts that contributes to understanding the structure of explanatory texts,” the possibility of making lessons has been greatly opened.
