抄録	In recent years of exercise and sports activities, without the presence of volunteers to support the volunteer leaders and club management, the dissemination and maintenance of activities has become impossible. In this study, it is an object of the present invention is to clarify the learning outcomes. 　Below, two hypotheses have such clearly. 　1) Sports transformation of view 　2) Expansion of values 　Learning outcomes revealed by the study is a hypothesis.Also ongoing research future, it is necessary in terms of going to grasp the learning outcomes.
